Pastor Sneed is a native of Pompano Beach, Florida.  He is the 5th of 16 children born to their parents (Pastor-Samuel L Sneed, Sr. & Evangelist-Betty Sneed). Elder Sneed served 20 years in the United States Navy, retiring in 1998, Jacksonville, Florida. 

Served in the following jurisdictions:

• Southeast Georgia – Bishop B. P. Collins
• Southern Georgia Second – Bishop J. W. Leggett
• Western Georgia – Bishop J. Thomas

Served as District Superintendent:

• Albany District – Southern Georgia Second
• East Albany District – Western Georgia

Also served in the community civically:

• Utility Board Member/Commissioner – Albany Utility
• Keep Albany Dougherty Beautiful Board (KADB)
• Albany Long Term Economic Planning Board Member
• Vice President of Turner Field Job Corps (CRC)

   He has been preaching, teaching, leading and launching ministries for more than 25 years now in cities across the coast, to include Hinesville, Georgia; Jacksonville, Florida; Kingsland, Georgia; Albany, Georgia; and Cocoa, Florida.  

   He and Lady Donna, reside in the coastal city of St. Marys (Georgia).   Following God's lead, with the blessing of Western Florida Second Jurisdictional Prelate, Bishop Larry Perkins, Pastor Sneed launched the City of Refuge COGIC August 2025. 

   Pastor Sneed continues to serve in ministry with the spirit of excellence and zeal in the newly appointed Abundant Life District, Superintendent Lawrence Jones.

Lady Donna is a native of the beautiful coastal city of Saint Marys (Georgia), raised in the rural area of Woodsville.  While she has been preaching and teaching the gospel for 25 years, she and Pastor have been married, serving and working together in ministry for 18 years. She faithfully serves as Evangelist, media creator, administrator, and Sunday school teacher.  At the height of the COVID (2020) pandemic, she started a virtual ministry, Grace Virtual Gathering, as a platform to gather and encourage women from all across the world to speak, pray, and journal through the unknown times.

Lady D, as she is affectionately known, is a conference speaker and author with several works to include her recent 90-day devotional, "Sweet Peas & Pumpkin Heads" and the book that will stir your faith to complete what you start, "Girl, Get It Done!" plus many more on Amazon.

Lady Donna is a Retired DoD professional who served in the field of Contract Acquisition to include contract management and IT acquisition support for more than 37 years.  

To preach (proclaim) the gospel to as many as possible because it is the power of God unto salvation.  

To teach and lead others to Jesus Christ, the Head of the Church.

To serve our community as disciples of Christ - mixing faith with the word of God and taking action.  We believe the Bible:  Faith without works is dead.
